I don't think it's fair to make a review like this, i used the cheat from the day it was released for months without any issues. If there has been a game/cheat update recently that broke some features and caused instability, maybe you should give them a bit time to fix them before jumping into conclusions like this. If the cheat is unusable atm im sure you will be compensated for the downtime.Unfortunately I don't agree. I purchased the cheat a few days ago and waited to try and get a response from someone. I could not see all the issues being posted on the cheat until after I purchased it. These issues apparently have been ongoing for some time with no response that I could find.
All I had to go on was these reviews on how the cheat is. I'm sure when you bought the cheat when it came out a long time ago it worked great, that's wonderful. My issue is the cheat status shows it in good condition, I bought it, and then had issues with it which doesn't let me use it. Only then was I able to see the bug report section of the cheat and that it wasn't just me. As soon as it was apparent from the reports that the cheat was having issues they should have changed the status.
The cheat had an update before I bought it that stripped a lot of features that could have easily been kept in. The whole thing feels rushed and sloppy and not what I have come to expect from PA. So seeing as the reviews are the only way for someone to determine if they should get the cheat, I decided to leave an honest review of my experience with it. My review will of course be changed once the issues have been resolved.
You make it seem like I bought the cheat, it worked great, then they botched an update and I railed them with this review. That is not the case at all. I stand by my review and am still waiting on any sort of response, be it from my ticket, or in the forums on what is going on. Communication is everything.
I think a review should Always include the current Usability of the cheat and the Long-term Usability. It's fine if the cheat worked flawlessly for a Long time, but seeing that they are not informing their users About current issues must be included in a review, so People who are planning to buy this cheat see that the support for it is not that good. As you said, communication is everything.
They sure can take their time to repair the cheat, but leaving their users in the dark by not telling them About the Status is a No-Go. There are People who purchase a 1 week subscription to test the cheat without spending too much Money, and because there are no notes from staff About the ongoing stability issue, they buy a cheat that lets them Restart their game every 10-30 minutes if they are lucky.
That's why a review should Always tell you something About the current Status of the cheat as well as its Long-term Status (how the cheat worked before it broke due to an update).
So giving it a 1 star review is indeed not fair. A subsection of the review telling People About the communication issues of the Cheat Developers would be the better solution.

Again I stand by my review. I agree with what you are saying but it does not apply to me. This is my first time using this cheat. By all indications I could see it was in good working condition. It was only after buying the cheat and getting access to bug reports and trying the cheat in-game that I noticed the issues. It is all a matter of perspective, I can not leave a review on the long term functionality as it has not worked for me for as long as I have owned it.
I'm sorry for the recent issues with SWBF2, partly caused by the recent game update.
I have released an update today which should have fixed most of these issues and have added 10 days to everyone's sub.
If you still have issues with crashing, I advise you to make a ticket with as much information as possible about the crash, and if applicable, a crash dump attached.

It's understandable man, updates happen and we're all human and can't know what's going on 24/7. Don't burn yourself out chief

Thank you so much for the response. I am going to give the new update a try right now and I will have my review updated in a few hours. I hope you didn't take the review as me being an ass, it just didn't work for me and I wasn't having any luck getting an answer on the problem. :\
Edit: Updated to reflect my thoughts on the working cheat.
