yeah same issue here, not sure if its an issue they know about or has been like that for a while
For legit gameplay I personally use:
- FOV - 8
- Smoothing - 3
- Spot - 1
- Sensitivity - 0
- Stickiness - 9
- Lock on Target - Off

For some reason on my PC, any smoothing higher than this and the aimbot becomes very unreliable in a fight. If I need to lower my kd, or crit %, I can pull my mouse down for body shots whilst still getting the kill, or pull to the side to miss on purpose and die without looking like I'm throwing.
These are the settings that work for me. It might be worth it to give them a go in PVE and tweak them before you go into PVP!

Using an alt account is always your safest bet with any cheat. I use it on my main, however, I acknowledge the risks that come with it.
In the end, common sense will always be your greatest ally when it comes to cheating.
