Did you remove your USB after injecting? The loader will say successful injection please remove USB.

Hey man, sorry that you lost your account. I had a destiny sub since I joined Perfectaim and used it ever since, and not banned yet. Well, looks like it is just your issue because I play with aimbot and walls also and don't get banned. So, yeah sorry once again that you didn't have a great time with us.

D2 chair was my first and only sub here. I was sure to have it only on a USB and played with "legit" settings. Got flawless seal last season on my main account. Sorry this happend to you. 

I have raged for a month straight and never been banned lol. You must have injected wrong as i believe as stated it is undetectable

I have a friend who has used 6 PA cheats, and never had a problem, you were probably banned by some external means
