To start this testimonial, I have to say that I'm legit cheating in CS:GO since 2018, played over 2000+ hours with cheats, tested over 8 different legit cheats, so I think my opinions matter. Also, you can already see that this testimonial has 2/5 score, and I have to say that this score doesn't mean I have something against perfectaim - I love the community, all the cheats, but it is what it is and I'll explain every single detail what should by changed and in which way.
Aimbot
Overall 3/10
Now let's talk about the most important setting from the whole cheat - aimbot. The aimbot is set into few different modes, and I will rate all of them, so I can make straight advice for devs what to change. Also, I'm not going to talk about features, that can't be errors in (for examble "Enabled" feature - it enables aimbot, straight up function, don't need to talk about). Also I'm not gonna talk about "Rage" settings in this review, since I'm not HVH player, and my opinions wouldn't matter cuz they wouldn't be confirmed.
Aimbot - Deduct Recoil

What this feature does is that it will spray for you. This could be so awesome feature if it would be ANYHOW customizable. For example - "Standalone" makes spray control active anytime - even when you shoot on wall. In most cheats (even in cheap, for 6-10€/m) there are at least 3 options, in better there are many, like 5-8. In PA there is just one, "base" type of Deduct. That would not be reason to give it rating 2/10, I mean, it works, basic user would be enough with that - BUT there are two things that completely ruin the score - first, that you can't change smoothness of recoil - why? When you can spray at least somehow, you could set it to let's say 60% UpDown and 60% LeftRight so more experienced overwatchers can't instantly tell that you have recoil assist. Second - why you can't set recoil for guns seperately? Of course you want higher recoil assist strength on let's say on MP9 and lower on UMP. You literally can't customize this feature AT ALL.
Aimbot - Hitbox selection

This feature allows you to choose which hitboxes you want aimbot to target. It works perfectly, but there is one main problem - with AWP, let's say, you of course want aimbot to target only some "mid-body" parts - not head, not legs/feet. But let's say you're in sitation, like on inferno, A, behind box where you can only see enemy head, AND HEAD IS THE ONLY VISIBLE PART OF BODY - it won't trigger aimbot, but it should. This makes AWPers miss so many shots, that minus 3 points is enough.
Aimbot - Legit

This could be EXTREMELY customizable section, in most cheats this is the part you can play with and choose anything you want. But in PA's cheat there are only 4 functions, and only 3 of them fully works - Let's talk about the "non-working" part: Smoothness. Yes, it is somewhat working, it will make FOV more smooth, but there is literally one (base) mod of smoothness. There need to be at least 5 different settings to choose from to make it reliable cheat (like Linear, Legit, Humanized etc) so you can customize it by your needs.
Now, this would make Legit section to 5/10, but due to this BIGGEST problem of whole cheat it needs to be 0.5/10: You literally can't choose different settings for each gun - ONE SETTING = ALL GUNS!! :( This is the biggest problem, and main thing what makes PA's Multihack cheat so outdated - that you can't choose different FOV for pistols (very low) and AWP (very high) also the smoothness needs to be 0 for awp, and like 5 for SMGs... This is most basic feature of legit cheating and it's missing in this cheat... We're not in 2016 where this was normal. We're in 2022 (nearly), where CS:GO cheating community is huge = more cheat developers, and more cheat developers = higher cheat quality and options to choose from.
Visuals

The visuals are actually not that bad, but there are some main features missing - customizability. We need to get options to customize visuals to our needs - in this case we don't get it. For example "Healthbar" - do you want to on the right side of the opponent, left side or maybe even above it? - can't choose, just one "base" setting.
There is no colorpicker, but 2016 outdated "color-slider"... One of the visual, but important parts of the cheat for some cheats are colors. Colorpicker is needed in 2022's cheats, no matter which cheat is it, to make it reliable, put colorpicker and everyone will be happy.
Triggerbot

Actually not bad, the feature has many good settings - like magnet, and minimum damage, which I don't see in cheats often, but there are two HUGE settings missing - first, the less important one is the flash check, "legit-needed" feature, that disables triggerbot while flashed, good when you're holding spot, and enemy teammate popflash and you don't have time to stop holding triggerbot button and it just shoot and damnn... Overwatch ban.. Alright, but the most important setting - delay. This is just NEED for every triggerbot. It delays the shot if triggerbot, so it doesn't look obvious that you insta-shot when even shown.
Skinchanger

I am very sorry, but did PA devs actually think that this dumb 2014 skinchanger is still reliable in 2022? I mean, who wants to mess with these numbers with literally NO SKIN PREVIEW that all cheats have nowdays, and the main thing that got me that PA devs don't care about CS:GO anymore - THERE AREN'T "NEW" KNIVES THAT WERE RELEASED LIKE 2 YEARS AGO - come on, ALL cheat provides updated their skinchanger to new knives in like week or two, but you literally can't update it after 2 years? - shame. 0.2/10 for it atleast work when you get good lucky number :D

There are some features, that gives it 3 points like autoaccept, bunnyhop, weird hitmark sound that literally every second cheat has, but there is no LUA script support. I mean, what do I expect for 4 years outdated cheat, but it could be added there and believe me or not, just LUA script support would make this cheat from 2 to 3/4 stars. Not many cheats has it, and when cheat finally has it, the cheat is popular, because it's such a good feature. Overall, "others" section could be more filled with featurs like Fakeduck, Server-crasher, and many things that cheats have no-a-days.
Security
6/10
You might be suprized why 6/10, it's been undetected for more than 1050 days!! - reason is simple, high-quality cheats can last without vac ban even 10 years, because VAC is so bad anticheat, that you can even paste your own cheats and make it undetected for 6 months with ease.
CONSLUSION OF LEGIT SECTION
I need devs to see this whole review, because I think I covered most important settings, bad and good things about this cheat. In my opinion, the cheat needs full rework, add of LUA support, legit and rage update - everything. Currently, you can find way better options, even for less price on the market.
You do bring up some good points in your review! I do agree that some features could be improved a bit. However overall, in my opinion (people have different opinions...duh), I think the cheat is awesome. But that's because it suits my needs, and my needs are different then others. When I purchase products from PA, the number 1 main reason I don't buy from anywhere else is simply because of security! I personally trust PerfectAim and their products over everyone else. I think it's awesome that you gave your honest review of the cheat, and didnt lie to make yourself look better in terms of giving the cheat a better review. I tried to be as honest as possible, because CS:GO closet-legit cheating was my main source on fun since 2018 (I was also cheating in fortnite, which is my 2nd most played game but CS:GO was main). I also tried not to mention other cheating providers. For me it's 2 star, because most of "top" CS:GO cheats are from providers that focus just on CS:GO.
But when you think about it, devs haven't added new knives to skin changer since start of 2018, there need to be something bad.

No one can hate you for your opinion, even the devs. Thats why is this section here. I kinda agree with you, menu should be updated.
Its enough for me, for people who had like 1k hours in total, and its helping a lot, but for the experienced cheeters like you and the other with lot of hours might not be enough, i understand that.
I hope they are gonna give it some time to improve the menu in near future.
