1x HDMI from back of fuser to Main Monitor HDMI Slot.

1x HDMI from back of fuser to Main PC GPU HDMI Slot.

1x HDMI from back of fuser to 2nd PC HDMI Slot.

The USB C Slot is not needed for most uses.
