- Support (2/5)
- Again, there is not much I can comment on here as I have never had a problem with the SWBF2 cheat up until the recent build. The reason I am giving this a 3/5 is due to the fact that the Staff have poor skills in communicating any information across to the customers. So we are sat in the dark wasting days without any form of notice. Even a one line message stating something like: "We are aware of the problems with SWBF2 in terms of crashing and we are working hard for a fix!" would be great. The reason that I haven't contacted them about the crashing problems is due to the fact that I am aware that people have already opened tickets and the Staff have explained to them that they are attempting to fix the issue. If these user's hadn't relayed the information on the forum how exactly would anyone know?
Hey, about this part we're sorry we haven't responded but when it comes to problems with the cheats that us support staff can do nothing about we usually forward them to the developer of the cheat. The devs are constantly extremely busy and don't often get chance to check tickets/forum posts straight away, this is why you won't have received a response as we'd rather get the person who made the cheat to help so that we don't give people false information. Again I do apologize that you haven't received a response about the cheat and i'll mention it to the developer.
I'm also going to test the cheat out for a bit once the game has downloaded for me to see if it's a problem that can be fixed by troubleshooting or if the cheat needs updating.

Thanks for your response! I haven't actually opened a ticket because I know that the developers are aware that there is a problem with the recent build according to user's who have opened a ticket. I also have no reason to believe that my ticket won't get answered. What I am saying is that the communication on the forum is literally next to nothing. If the developers are made aware that there is a problem with the cheat then that information should be relayed publicly which then saves them the hassle of people opening more and more tickets and allows people to acknowledge that a fix is underway. I understand the developers are busy but it doesn't take much for them or for a Staff member to write one line saying that they have acknowledged a problem with the cheat. I know this from personal experience of owning and running an established business. 4 days without any word basically tells me that the devs have no intention of communicating anything to us.

I completely understand your frustration and i'll personally try to do my best at relaying information when we get it.
Thank you for the honest testimonial though and we will see what can be done to improve your experience with the Star Wars cheat, once I've had a look at it and then if it's an issue with the cheat i'll report it to the developer and he should be able to update it fairly quickly.
