RoE mods have been manual reviewing mass reported players and hardware ID banning them. Blatant hacking = HWID, Mac Address, IP, and Graphic card and HDD serial number ban. You'll need to reformat, reinstall Windows and spoof Mac Address and IP I'm afraid. I also changed HWID in RegEdit to be safe after reinstalling Windows 10 and fresh steam account. Stopped being blatant, haven't been banned yet, since. Good luck and PM if any questions.
