Hardware ID, all Hardwares have theire unique ID, some Anticheats flag and Ban the ID's, so you need to spoof them or completle change the Hardware to stay clear with new accounts.
First keep calm, did you read what the loader says ? do you follow all the steps ? i think you did something wrong because it works perfectly and i love to aimbot ragehacking in that game. I suggest to create a new account and follow all the steps without jump the order. There's a subforum for destiny below all the others sections, you will find useful info too.

There is something you're lying about. I've never heard of someone getting insta banned from using PA's D2 hack. I've never even been banned from it myself and I raged alot when I played it. Either you have been HWID banned from using another hack from before. Or you are simply lying about being "insta" and did some real shady shit. Rage today is a bit harder since Destiny has beefed up their defenses a bit. I highly doubt you got "insta-banned" without being HWID banned.
Check it out if you are HWID banned or not by simply creating a new account and logging on for a few minutes doing random shit WITHOUT injecting any hack.
I've heard from a few members that rage hacking today is risky business especially PvP.

well, if you wasint even able to use it then you were HWID banned pretty sure. Im sure the Cheat is Undect, if not there would be alot more posts and Reports about it.
May you used some other Thirdparty stuff on your PC, Macros etc.
Make a Ticket maybe the Staff can help you out a bit more.
