i dont have any problem but if u want to rewatch in your play its obius but you playing with slient aim in the replay looks like you using obv aimbot but anyways very good cheat undetected 

I believe silent aim is only client side however it used to be possible to have it server side.

Silent aim is always gonna be somewhat obvious. If you don't like it, only use aimbot with decent smoothness

Yes I noticed that in CSGO and TF2 you use silent aim and your vision is not locked on other people like aimbot, but other people and videos can see the clue, some people who like legal usually use aimbot with high smooth
