Restarting the game and reinjecting usually fixes the problem. Also for the Aimbot to work you need to make sure to be holding down the button you key binded the aimbot too while shooting. If nothing works afterwards https://perfectaim.io/help/ make a support ticket.
Hello,
Most people are using the D2 cheat without any issues. Were you able to solve your issues? If not, open up a ticket or ask chat and someone will help troubleshoot through the problems with you.
Please do this and then come back to give this cheat review a proper update. I dont believe your review represents the current state of the cheat very well. Thanks.

I think the 2 star review is warranted. A lot of people have complained about the aimbot not working properly, and this is HIS testimonial. If he isn't experiencing the cheat in a positive way, he has EVERY RIGHT to leave a two star review. This forum section is meant to be for genuine feedback, and if I were in charge this would tell me something DOES need to be fixed. He is the customer, and he deserves a 5 star experience!

Hey mckenmic! Sorry that your experience with the cheat has been less than satisfactory. Hopefully the staff members are able to help you solve this problem. As some of the other users suggested, you may want to consider making a support ticket. The good news is that the solution is probably not a very intense one for you! If the issues are persisting even after reinjecting, the cheat may need to be updated as you suggested. If that's the case, you'll likely be compensated for any downtime.
We're glad to have you as part of the community!
