If you already have the perfectaim loader there is nothing you need to do, cheat is automatically added to your account on the loader and you can load the cheat in less then 10 seconds, launch the game and will load. No issues, crashes, or fail injections.

You purchase this cheat for the chams, and chams is exactly what you get. It is customisable in a clean easy to use menu, colours for friendlies and enemies so you can easily distinguish between the two. It also includes features such as disable on dead and a panic key, so if someone wants to see your screen, you can hit a key and they will never know. A config system is also included, so there is no stress after you have setup everything to your liking!

Security and detection isn't a worry with the CS:GO Chams product with the last detection being 751 Days ago and probably will never be in the future of CS.
Support

Support is as expected when you purchase a product, members of the community and staff are quick to help and resolve any issues you may have.
Conclusion
Overall for me it's 10/10 for the price you pay for this cheat, and for how you get exactly what is said along with extra features such as disable on dead, panic key and more. Support is great and so is the community.

The CS:GO Chams supports officially VAC and if I recall correctly CEVO, I don't think it supports any major league clients as of it's price and if it did would most likely be private.
For a note also, the chams are not streamproof so bare that in mind.
