I used this cheat consistently over the course of a month and not once was I even suspected of cheating - let alone a ban. As long as you aren't flying around killing the enemy team off spawn with a sniper you will be able to use this hack without amy chance of a ban due to the model of destiny (no death cams, no 1st person spectating, poor anticheat, etc.)
With the correct settings the aimbot is very smooth yet fast and the wallhacks work extremely well.
