I've been using it for a month now and it's not blocked by the VAC.
I recommend not using violence. This will greatly protect your account, along with some "fake" actions, which will prevent you from being identified from the elite and cheaters

Glad to know you are still going strong with Multihack. It is one of the most sought out and favourite cheat of many member here for a reason. 

Raging is not recommended in any game tbh. I always refrain from going hard and all in at once. It takes away the fun too.
