Now as per your question, go to VIP section of BFV and look for the configs. There are so options to choose from.
Tbh I never had to look for them as it is pretty self explanatory. For rage I simply put the fov to somewhat around 8, smoothness to 10 and hitbox to Head using only Snipers.
Legit, fov 5, smoothness 40 and hitbox to random.
