First: For a person whose first time using anything like this the installation was extremely explainatory. I got it to work properly my first time by just following the very simple steps. After that I went into a game with bots where it was easy to adjust any settings you want (reading others formums helps a ton). Being a player who doesn't like my crosshair to jump at someone's head I was able to make it very smooth.
Second: Getting into a pvp match, I first tried out the team deathmatch so it was constant fighting so you can adjust settings without worrying about someone watching your screen. There are so many features to mess around with but my favorite was definelty the ESP showing names and healthbars.
Lastly: I dont have any experience yet so I can't relate it to anything but it was 100% worth the money even if you dont want to use the aimbot there are so many more options that can give you a nice little competitive boost. I haven't used the rage mode yet but I think I will give it a shot in my next deathmatch game.
