I personally never had a performance issue, so I cannot really comment on that, but I can definitely feel your sentiment if you don't want to use it anymore due to those issue. Have you tried out the CS:GO Chams cheat as an alternative, perhaps? That might be a bit better suited for you then.
Other than that, you can definitely have a look at the CS:GO Multihack Forum section. There are some guides that might help you out regarding issues. You can also use the search-function to look for similar threads.

Simple and easy to get your whole point of view here. With that being said, I know its not for everyone and You are completely right on that one. FPS cap does lead to someone like it or hate it. However its one of the best here, no denying that.
But I cant believe on any circumstances that CSGO Multihack can lead to 200-300Fps decrease thats just plain yours only thing man.
