失望。約40時間プレイした後、BANでした。完璧とは正確には何ですか？

Hey man, you can always write a support ticket if you wanna get a refund (Help -> Contact Us) but I guess if you played with it for 40hours they won't refund you anything.
You can always get banned while cheating, no matter how perfect the cheat is. Battlefield V has fairfight which bans you if your stats are obvious (like your aim is everytime the same (snap to head for example) and you're shooting to accurate), so it's usually not the cheat which gets you banned, it's the playstyle of the cheater or a wrong injection. If it would be the cheat, it would be marked as "detected" on status page and a ton of people would report bans on the same day. 

U get ban because u didn`t follow all the sptes from loader, I used this product and I raged sometime and no problem other did and no problem and the hack is undetected so idk how u get ban, u missed something when u lauch the loader..

When you play as obvious as you and have stats of a cheater oof fairfight will do work on you. Imagine wanting a refund after spending 40hrs of playing and getting banned by fairfight and thinking it's detected xdddddddddddddddddddddd

Do you buy chewing gums and want to return them after 40 hours of chewing because they have no more taste?

You probably didn't follow the example, it gives you a clear tutorial on how to download it and how to use it!
It also depends on your luck!
Honestly I had no problems with absolutely anything and this is the second time I subscribe to a trick!
