I have been using this cheat for about 7 months now. It is very easy to implement and run. Just follow the instructions.
The interface is great, you can really tweak all the important stuff.
Aimbot: I don't use it that often, only when I want to relax or just want to destroy a whole squad of very good players. But use it at risk. I usualy set smoothing for sniper to 10 and for run and gun to 35-40. FOV for sniper on 1 and run and gun 3-5.
Overall it works very well and you can really set it to not be that obvious, choosing the hitspots like head, shoulder, neck, or randomly. You could even just use the aimbot to assist your aiming just a tiny little bit.
The ESP is the most helpful tool for me. You can set it to see enemies behind covers or just the visible ones. I usually change it to see the names, so I can avoid hitting the same guys always (or if I want to mess around, hunt the person down :D).
Radar: I don't use the radar, it kind of gives me a more realistic approach. It would be too obvious, to see what happens behind you, so I keep it of. But I did try it at the beginning and it worked perfectly.
Misc: You can change the coloring here. I usually remove the crossair of the cheat and only use the ingame one. I leave everything else as it is.
PerfectAim was my first cheat, but kept me. Never had a problem with it. I love the realistic approach. While other cheats are very obvious, you can use this cheat for your main account and stay undetected. Since I play sniper often and have a natural good aim, headshots aren't that obvious for me. But if your aim was not so good, you can just adjust the hitpoints. If you are looking for speedhacks, increasing damage and all other ragehackstuff, this hack wouldn´t be for you. But I guess the most players just want a little help, to not have to tryhard so much. At least I do. And sometimes, I turn everything off and tryhard, just to see, if I still have it in me. But believe me, this cheat will make your plays effortless and not ruin all the fun, because it is so customable. Try it out and have fun!

7 months with this cheat is really impressive! I'm around halfway into my first month with this cheat and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. It sounds like you could probably say the same.

I am happy too. The key is to not play too obvious. Although I am very often at the top of the leaderboards, I try and cheat in a legit way. And you have to get killed too, like if you have like 30-50 kills, at least also die like 10-15 times. Sometimes I would let myself get killed by campers in the corner, just for them to say, he is legit or else he would have seen me. With that, you can really enjoy this cheat very long. Have fun with it :)
