You probably didn't get game banned, you probably got banned from the server you were playing on

I've used the cheat before, and still do sometimes, and I've never had any issues with it! Were you using Turboblock? It is stated that players/spectators/admins are able to see that you are using turboblock if you have that feature turned on!
