The cheat isnt detected by VAC
If you dont play too obviously then you wont get an Overwatch ban and if so you can just create a new account ;)
PA cannot do anything about the Overwatch bans so I give a 10/10

NOTE: The skins will not appear in your invetory or ther players. Its only for you

I think that it is impossible to get a VAC ban with this cheat, but as you know you can get banned by an Overwatch in CS
