I dont know anything about it, but doesnt internal would be more dangerous to get banned?
Yes and no.
Externals are supposedly safer, but in the end, it depends on the provider. But internals are writing into the memory of the game, externals only reads.Everything you said is incorrect apart from the provider bit
External cheats still read and write, otherwise ESP and other features would be impossible to add since you have to write on the game process
Theres really no difference apart from external and internal, External cheats are just an overlay hack and internal cheats are forced to be injected right into the games process
The success of the cheat doesnt depend on if its external or internal, it depends on the provider and the bypass
Some externals, which is the point of why they went popular at first, doesn't write into memory actually. Even those with visuals used to draw over the game. Not into. So you are wrong there. Am not.
Some externals do write, but, that ruins the point of being external tbh. And it is usually for misc features like speedhack or so on, stuffs impacting the game itself and not the aim or visuals."Some externals, ... doesn't write into memory actually."
"Some externals do write"
Please learn atleast the basics of the things you are trying to say, because simply searching "internal vs external cheats" on google or your web browser of choice shows what im saying
The top 5 links all say the same thing as me
My apologizes I was nodding quite hard due to lack fo sleep. Am a dev myself, am more into security hence why am more led into security talks than coding talks by itself, since I reverse and pentest and not code "that much" anymore.
So the goal of externals at first were to, as you said it yourself, act as an overlay at MOST and not interact with the game outside of reading memory in order to not raison anticheats flags.
Some externals however do write, because, they have to for some of their features like magic bullet on pubg, speedhacking, all those sort of stuffs that needs you to modify how the game is. While modifying your aim and the fact you see through walls can be done with either an overlay/drawing over the game (that explains why some externals asks you to NEVER ever play in fullscreen as well) but this is not supposed to happen actually since the goal of the said externals are to dodge ACs through another way of cheating out.
They also serve another purpose, two actually, they are coded differently, you can do cheats in various languages like C# or stuffs like such. Googling like you do won't help you however, at least ask the difference on some forums like UC ew.
But externals even if they can end up in some ways to write into the memory, it remains different.
Internals are all using various hooks and such to get into the game, and they stick in the game until closed. Some does have unload features but it still leaves traces. Injection itself leaves traces (that is why some are erasing PE header and so on even if that does not truly helps tbh). It's not just about being internal or external as of being detected, for fact, most chinese pubg cheats that are so pricey but works but gets you banned same day if not same hour are externals except for the said magic bullets features cause they have to modify how the game works from the inside for that matter.
For that matter, internal or external doesnt change whack sheit to me, unless some externals that I do know that ain't writing and never been hit by VAC or anything, sure, otherwise idc. Especially vac-wise.
VAC works through signatures. It's not a heuristical anticheat or anything, heavy locked threads and callbacks that BE/EAC. VAC literally let you do anything whenever you feel like, there is no such thing as bypassing it, it works as scanning itself and detecting if a code that has a signature on its own its known from the database of manually imported sigs by devs. This is why private and/or self-coded cheats or just cheats with nearly no members that did not paste their stuff 100% gets through for ever. And that is why there are some invitation cheats as well as invites only. Because if on dev falls into it, he could extract the signature and add it and make it detected, usually after getting the said sig, they store it and store every users in order to strike with a fatter banwave.
But that was mostly back then when they made profit out of banning people (re-buying the game endlessly) it was literal gold for em.
So yes it depends on the provider. I've tried nearly every one on the markets, even few invites only, externals and internals, from one coder to another you do not have the same meaures for fact everyone except few been hit by redtrust lately, even without enabling anything. Did happen with the vast majority like 90% of the pub internals but I can't name (as of right now, but again, just woke up) any of the pub externals that does not write. And I can't also because am on a PA topic anyway but you're getting it, I guess, right?
