If you are HWID banned you need a spoofer if not then you can just buy the game again if its not free to play and make a new account and should be able to most games that have anti cheats HWID ban for cheaters. if you are banned for other stuff then most likely its just an account ban and should be able to make a new account and play.

If you have been banned in battlefield 4, you need a new account. your banned acount is gone!
