Been using the Chams alot in the past, even in Faceit. (without the ac-client)
Configuration is easy and there have never been any Problems/bans with it.
I'd recommend it for players who know the "Basics" of Csgo and have no bigger Problems with aiming/reaction time. Otherwise, go for the multihack. ;)
Calling out enemy Player positions is "difficult" sometimes since the distance of visuals are pretty Close in some situations. (depending on map and such)
Definitley worth buying.
